"We are very pleased to add yet another strong television partner for the University of Dayton in FOX Sports Ohio. This partnership will allow us to televise additional Flyer games throughout the state of Ohio and beyond, which has been an ongoing strategic initiative to increase exposure for our men's basketball program and the University of Dayton as a whole,” said Tim Wabler, Vice-President and Director of Athletics, University of Dayton. “In addition, our fans and alumni around the country will have the chance to watch our games on sports packages that carry FOX Sports Ohio. The combination of strong local, regional, and national coverage is paramount to our program. FOX Sports Ohio is a known high-quality commodity across the state, and its broadcast footprint aligns well geographically with where many of our alumni reside and also where we recruit students to attend UD."

“As Ohio’s leading regional sports network, this deal was a natural for our network and we are proud to partner with the University of Dayton,” stated Henry Ford, Senior Vice President and General Manager, FOX Sports Ohio. “Flyers fans will be given the same inside access and in-depth, state-of-the-art coverage of their basketball team that sports fans across the state have come to expect from FOX Sports Ohio. We look forward to growing our relationship with the University of Dayton.”

Play-by-play announcer Jeff Piecoro and color analyst Derrick Dukes will call all the action. Piecoro just completed his 13th season with FOX Sports Ohio and 12th season as host of the Reds Live pre- and postgame shows.

A Cincinnati native, Dukes was a four-year starter at the University of Dayton under former Boston Celtics, Philadelphia 76ers, and current Indiana Pacers Head Coach, Jim O’Brien. He started his broadcast career with WHIO-TV (CBS affiliate in Dayton), Time Warner Regional TV Sports, and WHIO-Radio Show “Flyer Feedback” during the 2005 college basketball season.
