FOX Sports Ohio further prepares for the start of the Bearcats basketball season with a preview show. The 30 minute Inside Bearcats Basketball Preview special will premiere November 9 at 6pm with replays throughout the week. In addition to featuring highlights from last season, the show will provide analysis of this offseason and projections of the upcoming season.

Coverage of Bearcats men’s basketball begins Nov. 13th with a match-up versus Alabama at 7pm. FOX Sports Ohio will also produce games featuring opponents including Jacksonville State, Northwestern State, Miami (OH), Arkansas-Pine Bluff and Chicago State. FOX Sports Ohio will also produce two women’s games featuring match-ups with Dayton and University of Indianapolis.
Tom Gelehrter, the Bearcats’ director of new media for the department of athletics, will do play-by-play for both men’s and women’s games produced by FOX Sports Ohio. Terry Nelson will be the color analyst for the men’s games while Betsy Ross will be the color analyst for the women’s games. Brian Hunterman will produce and Dave Ashbrock will direct the games.
The Mick Cronin edition of Bearcats Sports Weekly premieres on Dec. 15 and will air Thursdays at 6pm. Additional replays will also be scheduled around the network’s programming later the same evening. The show will continue to be hosted by Gelehrter. Bearcats Sports Weekly will also be linked nationwide through the FCS (FOX College Sports) Network. Check local listings for times and dates.
